Innovative is very supportive of all their therapists, including those completing their speech-language pathology clinical fellowship. Marty, the agency’s president, made me feel so welcome. … my son is improving so much and I’m so excited to see how much he improved when the program is over. There’s a woman whose name is Dawn, she’s been assigned to help my son at daycare, she is a miracle worker. Amazing, amazing, amazing! I can’t say it enough! She makes my son super comfortable and he really likes her. I personally believe that all the new words that he learned are from her teaching ways. I’m so blessed that she’s in his life right now. She also keeps me informed about everything such as the schedules and the new topics that she works with him on. She is just extraordinary, amazing, everything! I also am super happy with Ray, my son’s other therapist who is assigned to help my son at home. My son was a little shy, maybe even scared the first few sessions, but Ray has found a way to speak to him and play with him the way he likes and now it’s as if they’re the best of friends. Once again I’m blessed to have these people around and so happy that my son is a part of early intervention with Innovative Interventions.
